At IBSG we have a group of culturally diverse professionals
who are passionate about the mission of IBSG. Our
specialized staffs of clinicians are from various
disciplines of social work, psychology, psychiatry,
counseling and education. We have set our standards
high to employ staff members who are qualified with
Masters or Doctoral degrees in their field, as well
as post-graduate clinical experience.
Board Certified Psychiatrists perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments to help families and individuals identify their clinical distress and determine which services will best meet their needs. Board certified psychiatrists provide consultation and medication management to help individuals improve their quality of life and symptom management.
Licensed clinical psychologists provide comprehensive psychological, developmental, and educational tests/assessments to help families, schools, and treatment providers understand the nature and degree of cognitive, developmental and functional challenges an individual may or may not experience.
Skilled, licensed therapists help individuals grow toward social, emotional and behavioral health, empower parents to understand and more effectively address their children’s emotional and developmental needs and facilitate supportive and educational group therapy sessions designed to help individuals share their struggles in a safe, intimate and healing environment
Trained staff supervised by a Clinical Director help to manage behavioral crises, teach and model healthy social skills, and coach youths toward exhibiting more appropriate behavioral responses to structure and stress in the Therapeutic After School Program. |
